1. Business responsibility
A Business may publish only content, trademarks, product images, music, software and listings it owns, is licensed to use or may lawfully use. Verification does not verify intellectual-property ownership. Kaltiq may remove/demote content, preserve evidence, quarantine identifiers and suspend repeat or serious infringers.
2. Copyright notice
A rights holder or authorised agent should provide: identification of the protected work; exact location and identification of the challenged material; claimant name/contact; a good-faith statement that use is unauthorised; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorised; and a physical/electronic signature.
POC notices may be sent to Kaltiq at www.kaltiq.com, Attn: Copyright Contact, admin@kaltiq.com. This is an interim reporting route, not a completed US DMCA agent designation; the required name, physical address, telephone number and Copyright Office registration remain pending.
3. Counter-notice
A Business believing removal resulted from mistake or misidentification may submit a signed counter-notice identifying the removed material and former location, stating under penalty of perjury a good-faith belief in error, and providing its representative’s name, address, telephone, required US jurisdiction consent and acceptance of service from the claimant. Kaltiq may forward it and restore material through the statutory process unless notified of court action.
4. Trademark, counterfeit and impersonation
Reports should identify the mark/right, territory, registration or evidence, exact listing/profile, confusion or counterfeit basis and requested action. Submit to abuse@kaltiq.com. Kaltiq may request purchase/test evidence and does not adjudicate ordinary distribution, dealership or contract disputes.
5. Repeat infringement and abuse
Kaltiq considers substantiated notices, counter-notices, court outcomes, related profiles and evasion. Appropriate cases may result in listing removal, number quarantine or termination. Knowingly material misrepresentations may create liability and account action.
6. DRM and Kaltiq assets
No party may circumvent technological measures, copy protected streams, remove rights-management information, traffic in circumvention tools, forge ownership metadata, reproduce Kaltiq UI/assets or bypass access restrictions, except where a mandatory legal exception applies. Legitimate interoperability, accessibility and security research are not prohibited to the extent protected by law.
